A few examples of what’s possible

These are just some of the options available across our programmers and kits. Each product includes its own set of changes, with availability depending on your vehicle.

Browse all programmers and kits ↗ to see more options. Each product page lists the included features and compatibility for your model, year, variant and fitted equipment.

Connect. Let it finish. Unplug.

Follow the setup instructions

Follow the instructions for your programmer to prepare your vehicle and connect it.

Wait for programming to finish

The programmer checks your vehicle’s settings, saves the values needed to restore them and applies the supported changes.

Unplug and keep your programmer

Unplug the programmer once programming is complete. It locks to your vehicle on first use, so keep it to restore or reapply its changes later.

Before you plug in.

Can I undo the changes?

Where supported, reconnect the same programmer to restore the values it saved. This only reverses its own changes—not every setting on the vehicle.

What if I already use FORScan?

Settings already configured as required are skipped. Existing and unrelated FORScan changes are left alone.

What if something does not complete?

If programming does not finish as described in your instructions, avoid repeatedly reconnecting the programmer. Visit Support & instructions for setup guidance and troubleshooting.

If you still need help, contact support through that page. Include your vehicle’s model and year, which programmer you are using, what happened and any messages or indicator lights shown.
