Information we use
We collect the details you provide when you contact us, request vehicle programming, create an account or place an order. These may include your name, contact and delivery details, vehicle model and VIN, requested changes, supporting files and order history.
We use this information to answer your enquiry, check compatibility, supply products and services, arrange delivery, provide support and keep business records.
Payments and service providers
We do not sell customer information or provide it to other businesses for their own marketing.
We use Stripe to process payments and Australia Post to deliver orders. Relevant information is processed by these providers and by the services supporting our website, email and backups. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Providers may process information outside Australia. Stripe’s services include processing in the United States. Their own privacy policies explain their practices.
Website cookies
The website uses cookies and session information for accounts, shopping carts and checkout. Technical information may also be used for security and troubleshooting. Blocking cookies may prevent some functions from working.
Keeping records
We keep financial and transaction records for at least seven years after the relevant transactions are completed. Other customer and vehicle information is retained as needed for enquiries, service history, support, warranty matters and legal requirements. There is no automatic seven-year deletion of every website record.
We take reasonable precautions to protect the information we hold.
Promotional emails
If we send promotional emails, we will obtain consent as required by Australian spam laws, identify our business and include an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribe requests will be actioned within five working days. Enquiring or ordering does not automatically subscribe you to promotional emails.

For questions about your information, corrections, deletion requests or privacy concerns, please use our contact form. We may need to verify your identity. Some records must be retained for accounting or other legal purposes.
