Calibrate Your Vehicle for a Larger Fuel Tank

Fitted a 140L or 160L long range fuel tank? This plug-in programmer updates your vehicle’s factory fuel-tank configuration to support the larger tank.

Fuel Gauge & Distance to Empty

Updates the configuration used by your factory fuel gauge, fuel-level calculations and Distance to Empty (DTE). Everything works through your existing dash. No laptop or coding required.

Plug & Play Programming

1. Turn the ignition ON.
2. Connect the programmer to the vehicle’s OBD-II port.
3. The programmer backs up the current configuration and begins programming.
4. Wait for the LED to turn solid green, then remove the programmer.

The instrument cluster and infotainment system may restart during programming. Do not unplug the programmer or switch the ignition off until programming is complete.

For compatible aftermarket 140L or 160L long range fuel tanks.

• Ford Next-Gen Ranger – 2022+. Not compatible with Ranger Raptor or Everest.
• Volkswagen Amarok NF – 2023+, V6 TDI600 diesel only. Not compatible with 2.0L TDI405 or TDI500 models.
